I don't think I'm gonna submit my Grumpy flash at this moment. My attempts to make it don't look all that great to me, they look good, but I think I'm gonna brush up on my animating skills a bit more before I go through with this. Here's a screenshot of what I've been working on. I've been working on other stuff besides the flash as well.

How come there's only one layer? Do you use folders?

Nah, I just used that one layer the whole time. I started using layers not too long ago, and I'm just realizing how much it helps. Here's a link to the last thing I made, I think it took four or five layers to make:
