Did I ever tell you all about that one time a jellyfish and I were communicating to each other through our minds (that or I was hypnotized)? It's a good story actually...

You see, the class went on a trip to the aquarium, which is a pretty common trip. So everybody was doing what they normally do there which was to stand and look in tanks. I looked inside a tank in the center of the room, and inside it were a few jellyfish. So I looked at it for a bit, mainly this one that was closest to me, and after a few seconds, I get the feeling I'm underwater, and the jellyfish gets bigger and a little closer in front of me. As I continued to stare at it, I heard chanting as if it were saying some sort of spell out loud, except it was in my mind(?) After a bit, I closed my eyes for about two seconds and everything suddenly stopped when I opened them. I walked away from the tank, bumped into someone, apologized, and then continued walking while thinking about what just happened...

I didn't think it was scary until right after I blinked. It happened a few years ago, and I never told anyone else about it until today.

Also, if two people are in a collab, and one person has revenue sharing while the other doesn't can that person still make money off the project?

I would have made a thread about this in the BBS, but...Well to be honest, because of what happened in past experiences that wouldn't be the smartest thing to do. Anyway, I've liked Pokemon in the past, but know when I see it, I think much differently of it than I used to:

What's inside a Poke-ball?
Is a Poke-ball look more like their home or a cage?
Doesn't it sound weird that an old man offers kids his balls?
Do Pokemon secretly curse at the person who captured them?
Are Pokemon brainwashed into obeying the person that captured them?
All together, doesn't it seem like Pokemon promotes animal fights?

Okay, I have a question: I've been trying to see what type of things Naughty Dog used to make their Uncharted games. I was reading about them on wikipedia, and it said something about a Cell MicroProcessor chip. It's the same thing used to make all the Playstation 3's. So do any of you know if/where these chips can be bought?

I don't think I'm gonna submit my Grumpy flash at this moment. My attempts to make it don't look all that great to me, they look good, but I think I'm gonna brush up on my animating skills a bit more before I go through with this. Here's a screenshot of what I've been working on. I've been working on other stuff besides the flash as well.

I'm working on my second flash video, hopefully it will get a better score than my Mortal Kombat video. This one won't be a sprite video, it's gonna be short from my "Grumpy" series. It wasn't my intention to make it my first Grumpy video, but I'll try to make it anyway. There's only one big problem about this project:

I can't voice act for s**t!

Anyway, wish me luck!

Update: The flash looks okay, things seem a bit colorful for the guys room. I got to work on the shading and details as well. The capture card is required for the flash, without I can't post the game he's watching. I'll update this post another time.

Update 2: Okay so, the video went from an actual episode/short to a trailer. It's still in process, and my creation skills look better than when I first started using ActionScript. I'm using Adobe Illustrator as well, trying to make the areas look as real as possible instead of two-dimensional stuff, and using the three-dimensional feature. Although that seems to be the problem, as every time I make a scene using 3D, It looks different when I paste it in the trailer, so I might just leave those parts out. So far I only have about 30 seconds of footage, and I wish to make my own pre-loader for this (and other) flashes.

So I think I'm gonna upload some of the drawings I have in my sketchbook, on to my computer, and make a video of all of them I have so far, most of them are of my own characters. None of them are colored yet. But before I make a slide of them all I want submit it here.

I also have a question for any artists that are reading this: What do you use on your Newgrounds art submission? I have most of my stuff hand drawn, you use any type of program?

On another note, I would like to purchase a capture card so I can make gameplay videos, and Machinimas and stuff. I finally have an idea of what my first capture card made video would be about, a tribute to my buddy Jeff from Uncharted 2. I'll come up with more ideas in the future.
